I wonder how far can this go

I am currently in Saint Petersburg, Russia for some time now doing a Russian summer program as well as touring the city. During my stay (on August 2) my group encountered the Воздушно-десантные войска (Vozdushno-Desantnye Voiska) otherwise know as the Russian Airborne Troops or VDV as it was their special holiday. I took a video of it the posted it to Facebook to show my buddies on there but not everyone I know is on facebook so I posted to youtube. Turns out a couple days later I got a couple thousand views and according to my insight it around 3K views and on some Russian social networking site. I just hope nothing bad happens if (and possibly after) it reaches higher numbers. yet again there is a bit of a decline so I should be safe. Anyways here's the video:

and some site/blogs it appeared on:

  1. Hi there :) I'm a college student too who has a lot of free time & a mind that never stops going...so blogging is my new passion. How is Russia? Is it what you expected?

  2. Hello The Photographer,

Other than the fact I'm in Russia for a university summer program (in which I have assignments to submit in the end) and guides who won't stop explaining every single detail about the furniture and painting and the old woman I'm temporarily staying with . . . Saint-Petersburg is a pretty cool place. I'd thought I'd be attacked by pickpockets but instead get approached by peddlers.
